Some of the sites are not maintained by the WA Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages and are subject to change without notice.

BDM other locations

Note: Offices marked with an asterisk are online courts and can provide a WA full certificate of birth (registered 1973 onwards) or death or marriage (registered 1984 onwards) usually in a same day service. Applications outside these years are faxed to the Perth Registry Office for processing.

All other regional offices accept WA birth, death or marriage certificate applications which are faxed to the Perth Registry Office for processing.
