Some of the sites are not maintained by the WA Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages and are subject to change without notice.

Western Australian BDM locations

Note: The Perth Registry can provide a WA full certificate of birth (registered 1930 onwards), death (registered 1940 onwards) or marriage (registered 1940 onwards) while you wait (subject to eligibility). Other WA offices marked with an asterisk are online courts and can provide a WA full certificate for the same range of years usually in a same day service. Applications made at an online court for certificates registered prior to these years are faxed to the Perth Registry Office for processing.

All other regional offices accept WA birth, death or marriage certificate applications which are faxed to the Perth Registry Office for processing.
